Probably close to 20 psi
Didn't fold on Alex's Trialtech rim when I rode it... and he always runs his tires
waay too ...

Specialized Clutch sx . ~1000grams
run it with ~25-30 psi and it is stable, and doesn't flat too
much (less than rubber queen, more than minnion dual ply or DK). Grips about like a Maxxis super tacky, but wears a bit faster.
However, I would definitely choose the DK over the clutch for ride quality, flats, grip and over all badass-ness. its worth the higher weight for sure.

I'm curious to see how they would perform for trials.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just ride it and have fun.

You can draw it yourself, shouldn't be too hard.

116mm is a mod hub,
135mm is a MTB hub and you have more of a selection for cheaper hubs. I'm sure there are other items but those are the major ones.
