Thanks again lou lou. I get 2 differnt kind of groinal responses one is like quick reflex but if i am anxious and it doesnt only have to be about a sexual subject i get a lingering sensation that doesnt dispear quickly

Hi yes and I meant to address that. I was rushing to get off and go out. It is referred to on here often as "the groinal response". It is pretty much a normal response from your brain to ANY sexual thought. Your brain signals don`t distinguish between good/bad/appropriate.
