I love the tv show Friends and I own all 10 seasons on DVD. Whenever I'm going thru a rough ocd time I watch the seasons when I'm home and it always makes me crack up!

Does anybody here have a movie, series of movies, etc. that help them get through OCD? Personally, I used to spike every time I heard oldies music, because it made me feel weak and stupid (I sort of saw myself as the helpless male lead in a romantic comedy, and hearing the sorts of songs they play in romantic comedies only made it worse). Funny you should mention this Aussie, cause recently I was thinking how all my favourite movies are from a while ago. A lot of them are from the 90's. But to put the ever important positive spin on things, I think that maybe a new golden era of movies is on it's way. With Hugh Grant and Ben Stiller still around, there is every chance.

That's really interesting. I had to read this post because of the title. That has got to be my all time favorite descriptive phrase. Could anything be more bleak than "the winter of our discontent." Genius.
