I take
fish oil too and I find that it helps me to take things (pills or food) that contain EFA's. They are supposed to help with depression but I'm not sure about anxiety.

hypnotherapy for OCD and while it certain helped to relax me and alleviate some of the anxiety temporarily it did not by any means help longterm I'm afraid. Also I do practice yoga and I find it very useful as a mindfulness tool and again helps alleviate the anxiety. I personally would recommend yoga over hypnotherapy as it is cheaper and something you can practise yourself ...

Ive been taking Gaba and
Valerian root with various SSRIS for years. I havent found them terribly effective but would reccomend that you try them for yourself>
