Your bodyparts aren't gonna look 100%
proportional, that's just the way it is. But if one side is way smaller than the other side, then you have a problem and you would need to work on the lagging side a bit more, strange as that may sound.

I'm really sorry. When I was researching your problem and I read what
would have to be done ie. stop doing whats causing it, I was afraid to tell
you that man. You seem pretty dedicated. Don't let it get you down tho man.
Look at it as a chance to focus your energy into something else until you
can get back into the gym

No I think with the reference, to one rep being "X" amount of seconds,
that the 20, 40 and 60 second thing refers ot the length of the sets, not
reps.
So if "X" amount of seconds per rep was 3, plus
another second to breath in
and out again. then you'd perform 15 reps per minute, and then 3 sets,
which gives you a grand total of 45 reps, for the full hit on week 3.

You want to jump high, then jump. Try
plyometric exercises. Do frog jumpson the bleachers at your school or something. At your age you shouldrespond to plyometrics (explosive contractions of muscle without anynegative resistance) using your body weight. Try star jumps, and bleacherfrog jumps. But I am but a mere white man, what do I know about jumpinganyway.

I vary my sets, i'll do 4 sets of chest
bench press 4 times (ie 10kg 20kg
30kg 40kg) then i'll do a set of decline, then upper, dumbells flat flys,
machine flys an a little set of dips like 4 sets of 20k.
I do chest twice a week but on 1 day i'll go light and another i'll push
myself more on heavier weights.
I change the exercise around too.
Ive been told to eat carbs to a minimum and eat ...

To add bulk to your legs do the basic leg exercies: squats and deadlifts with
heavy weight. Then do any isolation work that you want to such as ham curls, leg ext, and calve raises.
