I didn't tear them. The doc tells me there is just no rotator left anymore. Years of heavylifting caused a little damage. It mainly hurts on incline, but I feel it in the later sets of my workouts

Yeah, I'm only on test e and eq and I'm constantly hot and have higher core body temperature. I'm finding myself always tired, sleeping HEAPS.

Expensive but go with Mega Man vitamins from GNC. That will take care of most of what your body will require. If you have to go cheaper, you can pick up "The World's Greatest Vitamins" from your local store.

Well, I'm on IGF-1 right now along with my cycle. It's relatively cheap compared to HGH. Also, if used along with a cycle, it seems to enhance gains because it is in fact slightly anabolic. Also, you can either inject it sub q or into the muscle. It absorbs slower when inject sub q. Well, hope that helps.

Yea bear you were saying something bout them before, what exactly is the problem, did you tear em? My friend had surgery for his right and needs it on his left now. The surgery really does do the trick according to him.

I don't think sustanon is a good starter anabolic. I would run test
enanthate at 500 mg a week for 10 wks, deca durabolin 400 mg a week for 10
wks and dbol for the first 6 wks at 30 mg a day.
If you want to front load I would run test suspension every other day for
the first week.

Well, it takes about 5 days for the tren and prop to kick in. You should start seeing some results in 2 weeks max, if not sooner.

I would run the following 10 wk cycle
Test cypionate wks 1-10 600 mg
Equipoise wks 1-10 600 mg
Anadrol 50 wks 1-6 50mg a day
Nolvadex 10 mg every day
Arimidex .25 mg a day
That would put it up and over. Throw in some winstrol or tren the last 4
wks and you will be amazed.

It depends where you are injecting and if you are injecting anything with
it. 23 gauge 11/2 " for glutes and 29 gauge 5/8" for spot injecting

Buy 30cc of EQ, 30cc of Test E, 30cc of Test cyp and 20cc of deca. That'l
give you a 12 week cycle of cyp/eq and 10 weeks of test e/deca.
Cycle 1: 10 weeks
500mg/week test e
400mg/week deca
Take at least 10 weeks off
Cycle 2: 12 weeks
500mg/week test cyp
400mg/week eq
I have to run, so I'll get to the pct later.
