there are two remotes... - a Windows Media Center compatible version - and a 3rd party remote that is mainly used with the TV Tuner software. if you have the 2nd one, then you can try to configure the remote's software to see if you can get it to do what you want.

Is it in the manual? To be honest I never opened mine up either, but it would seem to me if that information was anywhere, it would be in the manual.

WoW! Have you seen the TDP of that thing? 100W! And how come the 2800M with 96 shaders is 75W ? Given that these should all be 40nm. Unless they have some very high clocks... compared to the current ones.

I am awaiting a test MXM3.0B module of the FX 3800M. Hopefully I will get to play with it. Also, I think its only in MXM3.0 ... cannot be sure though, would be nice if there was a MXM 2.x version. ... although DX10.1 is not really that important since DX10 has not really been tapped yet.

I have it too with the same OS. I was going to try to dual boot to see if it happens in linux to determine if it's hardware or software. The weird thing is though, I uninstalled the realtek driver and it's still doing it, more during heavier cpu use. Although I would describe the problems differently. Mine isn't staticy at all. 1. In theory - yes, in RL, not really. 2. If the program/game is only using two cores, then P9700 would perform better, but when all 4 cores can be used, 720QM will win easy. Wattage is 45W for the 720QM and 820QM. The 920XM has 55W 3. Hmm, cant think of any.

okok I've just had too long of a day, that's all.. somehow, the nv4_disp.inf wasn't copied in all 3 drivers o.O.. however there is still a problem. it won't detect that it's an SLi setup, mind you I'm on 195.55. What gives? Edit: Just tried 186.81 but it still won't recognize SLi. Rivatuner reports GPU1 as an "Unattached Device". Why would it show that? The BIOS recognizes both GPUs no ...

I have never heard of a backlit keyboard for the 570 (I own one, t9300, 8800m gtx). I bought the 3 year warranty from xotic, but I have had mine since Feb 08 without any issues, just make sure to take off the back panel and clean out the cooling system regularly. No warranty does seem strange though, but I guess the reasoning is they no longer manufacture them and spare parts are probably ...

Gophn, I have vista ultimate x64 loaded, and with firefox, windows live messenger, an AV virus scan, yahoo mesenger, steam, daemon tools, poweriso, lightscreen, fraps, skype, HWmonitor and the winamp agent running, I am getting an average idle percentage of 2 - 8%. Every now and then it spikes to 12-15%, but that's my AV scanner running that does that, if I pause/stop the scan it doesn't do that....

I do not think there is an option for that. the majority of people like having the CTRL on the left side. ... generally, one of the "Cons" of notebooks is if it had the Fn key on the left corner. You can contact your vendor and see what they say, does not hurt to ask.
