OK, got it. But when I do that (i.e. set TV-out as the default) and switch on the radio, the radio app demands that I connect my headphones (even when they're already connected!) and then switches itself off. This is because when I do plug in the headset ( before starting the radio), the phone says it's detected a TV-out connection. So, as you suspected, this approach does not work. I tried selecting each of the other accessories...

Have "TV out" highlighted in the list of accessories, but don't click on it. Then hit "Options" and you will get the default choice...

I have tried with both TIM & H3G. If I try with speed test with TIM, I sometimes get 1.2 Mbps in download and much less in upload (I don't remember how much but it didn't arrive at 1.0 Mbps). Both SIM cards are 128 kb So I'm not sure if the SIM card may be the problem.

I just bought a Nokia GS-15 HSUPA modem connected to a router ASUS WL500GP v2. I had to configure it personally but now at most everything seems to work fine. It's fast to connect and I get the same speed of other internet key connected to my laptop. Still, since I have 24x7 contract, I like to have the modem always connected. I noticed that after 1 hour it's idle the connection drops. Since it doesn't automatically...

HI, I am not aware about that the stick does disconnnect after a time. To me it seems that this might be an issue from the router or your contract. Pls check router settings. If you connect modem to PC you will see that theere is no automatic disconnect. Br, Oliver

This probably won't work but may be worth a try... Firstly the Bluetooth headset will most probably need to be a stereo headset since the phone will send music over A2DP. Try setting the default enhancement to "TV Out" as sometimes this will stop the phone disabling the Bluetooth connection. As said, no guarantee this will work though...

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the Toyota Support website mentions that the functions have been tested with the N95 firmware 11.0.26 of 17/04/07. Provided the version is from the Jurassic, is it possible that the new versions provide less functionalities than the old ones as to the recognition of functions in paired devices ?

Hi sdeyoung Puzzled here as AC-8X supplied with 5800XM is a version of AC-4 which has an eco friendly low power drain when the phone is fully charged or not connected. Nokia is slowly replacing AC-4 with AC-8. You are referring here to a genuine Nokia accessory?

After replacement of the unit, at the local store where it was bought, the new unit showed THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I´ve read many questions over the internet, about this HS-26W problem, and IT SEEMS THERE IS NO ...

If you are sure your wiring is correct then the kit must be faulty, if there is no power on the red wire this will cause the yellow to mute. Hope this helps. Dan
