Themes for 5800 should be made using the S60 5.0 Base Graphics template which does not come by default with Carbide.ui 3.4. Could you please install Carbide.ui Theme Edition 2.0 ( independent tool for themeing Symbian devices ) from ( http://developer.symbian.org/main/to.../view.php?id=4 ) which comes bundled with support for this platform.

Hello, Can you please let us know which Operating System you are using? If it’s either Windows Vista OR Windows 7 then please run Carbide.UI3.4 tool as administrator rights and check if problem gets resolved. If Problem still persists OR OS is different than above then please provide log details. Thanks

Hi Ullas, The theme studio 2.2 you are using is much older one and may not have this option. There is a new version of Carbide.UI 3.5 tool available in Forum Nokia. Please migrate to the new version to have better theming experience.

You need to get the UID s of each and every application to change.
Then go to preference.......... carbide......3rd party plug-in.
Now insert them manually by giving names to identify.
Now when you see in carbide , you will find blank icons.
Just replace them with your own ones and there you go.

Nokia N97 mini is built on S60 5th edition, you can using carbide.ui Theme edition 2.0 which is available on this page http://www. forum.nokia.com/Tools_Doc...Es/Carbide. ui/ for creating themes. Carbide.ui 2.0 comes bundled with support for 5th edition base graphics by default.

Hi,
For Changing the Background of Dialer:
The element in Resource View -> Pop-up Windows -> Call Handling Window -> Incoming/Outgoing Nine Piece
From Component View, right click the element -> Switch to Single-Piece element
and then you will be able to change the background.
For Contacts Icons:
The icons are not skinnable, hence you want be able to change them.

It seems you are using third party icons. Remove those icons and try once.
