SR20 coolant flush gone bad

i'd still try and bleed it again, as i get about max of 86 degree's on the warmest day's (38-40 degree's), so if you;ve got air bubbles cought then just get someone pro to fix it like donny or read through some of the coolant bleed threads or google listings ( i found a really good one on siliva.net)

oh snap.... So you can tell the difference between the 2 shocks? didnt you drive on both? Also shocks have very little to do with wear rates on tyres. Who the f**k told you they do? monroe? good marketing scam You never stated what your wheel alignment settings were, im sure this is the cause of your problems.

try pulling one of the heater hoses at the back of the firewall off and running it, this will get the coolant flowing all the way up the back and into the core which is normally the main drama, pays to hold the hose in the air and pour some water down it till it starts coming back out, then start the engine and once the coolant is coming out of the hose then stick it back onto the tube on the firewall, and see how that goes. sr's can be...

HyperGear Turbochargers, on 26 November 2009 - 02:22 PM, said: When comes to tuning the fuel that less likely to detonate makes more power. I spent in average 2 days a week with tuners around Melbourne doing turbo evaluations. From my experiences BP and mobile 98 performed exactly the same. Shell's V-power 98 is slightly down, and Caltex is to avoid. depends where you go stao... first tune i ever got was on a tank of mobil 8000, and ok...

Oily substance coming out...
Published (2009-11-26 16:22:00)
Sounds more like fuel. My silvia pops a bit out the exhaust every now and then (splatter pattern) and only on start up. If it ain't using oil I wouldn't be too worried. However, if you say it's oil... that is, it's actually very oily then it could be oil settling in the pipes after driving being blown out on start up. How much fluid are we talking? As for the big drop in pressure, replace the sender if you can or better...

have you bumped any of the sensors, maybe wen you installed the radiator you bumped the water temp sensor. the water temp gauge on the dash is crap anyway and doesnt give you an acurate reading

sounds like either cas is out or your powering up the vtc all the time.
how certain are you the cams are right? your not the first person to have a crack at it thinking its all right bu there out.
put it on tdc second mark from the left and take a pic of the camgears for me.

I run a slimmer 40mm ARE radiator so a little more clearance - but I still had to remove the receiver/ drier from its bracket and then manipulate the ali tubes by hand so that the receiver drier sits further away from the fan shroud. You can see my clearance in the attached images - you should be able to work it back far enough to clearance the thicker Koyo. Then reattach the bracket further back....

i think the actuator only stops the boosting process from building too much psi,
sounds like a prob with the turbo itself :/

Looks like a good kit and quite stealth.
But imo nothing beats a nice crome front mount with pipes either side. It's how god intended a silvia to look.

It will throw out a tune a bit yeah, I have one. Good stuff makes the car breathe alot better same with a aftermarket manifold for the turbo as well. Feels as it comes on power with struggling.

I would say your subframe is bent man, they bend even near stock.
Ive said it before, its only a matter of time till your bend the subframe pick up points, it will happen, to everyone with coilovers, its just a matter of time.

Power is gonna be ur biggest problem. Weld the diff U have now and spend the money of intake, exhaust, cams etc or turbo.
