Is there a notice or something that goes out to Nissan Techs for the fix on recals ? Meaning are all Nissan dealerships aware on how to fix the recalls?

Is anyone else sick of looking at the HUGE "1 Sexy Stomach Rule.." advertisement on the right of this page???!!!! Please remember that back up lights are not there to see but to be seen. That is why the lens is like the front turn signals, with waves to spread the lights instead of focusing it. There is somewhere a thread from Elton Noway about the "back up lights to see" problem. I am working right now on maybe a solution with homemade high power leds hoping to solve this problem. I have almost all the parts (still waiting for the heatsinks)...

yea i agree, that does not look good at all and i always wondered why the sponsers ad's are at the bottom and why there are other car manfuacturer ad's on a NISSAN website/forum

Thanks for the extra info Philipa. I know it wasn't mandatory, and I knew it wasn't a safety issue and argued with the dealer for almost 20 minutes on that fact, and I still check my tire pressures weekly AND they still insisted it was mandatory to put the sensors on the winter tires. I know they were just trying to get more money out of me. Especially when I confirmed with a couple of other dealers saying that it wasn't...
