check the connections for everything, if that doesn't work you've probably got a short somewhere.

the one that doesn't work, does the bulb keep blowing when you put a new one in or it's just not lighting up?

02 Sentra GXE performance parts?
Published (2009-12-09 21:20:00)
OK, so I checked out the tuning guide and MODS list. According to it, the first upgrade I should sink into the car is a cold air intake? How much money would I be looking at paying for it, with and without installation? In addition, despite what the guide says about not worrying about hydrolocking the engine, I have heard that even if I'm not driving through 2 feet puddles, its still risky. True or no? Thank you

Sentra Starting Problems
Published (2009-12-11 10:40:00)
I have done some research on this problem too. Two of my cars needed boast last week. One of them I forgot to plug-in. Another one does not offer block heater. It started in the morning but died after a few short trips. Here is what I found. Installing a battery blanket around your vehicle’s battery also helps starting in cold weather. A battery blanket is the automotive version of a heating pad. When the battery blanket is plugged...

Moisture in the headlight cover
Published (2009-12-07 10:47:00)
I recently had HID's installed on my 03 Sentra SE-R and I see that there's some moisture building up in the headlights. I called the shop that installed them and they told me I can try and drill a hole behind the headlight and that should do the trick. Has anyone experienced this same problem and used this solution? Or is there another way to fix this? If you guys can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

If you're not handy then you first have to find out if your car is prewired for fog lights - meaning that all the wiring is in place from the factory and all you have to do is connect the fogs to the existing harnesses. Secondly, if the car is prewired, you will need a new light switch with the "fog" option - this replaces your existing headlight switch.
If your car is not prewired, you can...

Well yes this is typically the Alternator.
On Nissans the batt and brake light come on.
since your battery is new its probably fine, and you can exchange if its bad. you have been just driving around on your battery.
jump the car and test the voltage across the battery with a digital multimeter, you can get one for under $10, try habour freight or Walmart.

Go back to whoever installed them and have them replace them with ones that are not cracked or have leaks.

Ken,
Thanks for your comments. No budget for tires, just out of the loop for a very long time insofar as keeping up with who makes good tires, etc. As you said, it's not like my Sentra is doing a lot of heavy-duty cornering, etc. It's a commuter car to take me to work. My sports car days are decades behind me, unfortunately.
That said, the stock tires -- Firehawk GTA's -- used a very hard...
