As for the memory, In my experience with DFI boards, you pretty much need to go with the listed memory that's supported to get any good overclocks out of them.

What's your budget look like? Personally, I would make the case the least most important thing to pick out, and make that the last choice when choosing components. In the end, the case is the last thing you want to spend your money on. That is the super pimp. I personally still use a full linux server to protect and run my network. its nice cause you can get things like MysSQL, DNS etc.. and other such related server technologies. The one I use ALOT is SSH to remote in and do secure file transfers. Something cool like this could be a real benefit for those that love to mess with routing tables and such. the more power the ...
