Lately I have been eating 2 hard boiled eggs, and 2 links of turkey sausage every day for breakfast. Are eggs every single day potentially bad for me in any way? Should I mix it up? It is not that I am bored bc I am not, I love the taste, rather I am just looking for suggestions.

Please, I am not sure wtf else to do. I have switched up my cardio, cut carbs, and NOTHING is coming off. I only have 10 more lbs to go until I am at my goal weight.

As we all know....its the most important meal of the day. What do you guys usually eat first thing when you wake up? Here's what I eat: 2 cups of oatmeal 9 eggwhites 1 whole wheat toast ...took me awhile to get used to such a BIG breakfast lol

when ever im falling asleep....and im 1/2 asleep...i have some what of a dream that the ground gets pulled out from under me and i get such a twitch that it wakes me up..........today i had that happen to me so much that i nearly fell out of the chair i was sleeping in...............what is that all about ??

i've been riding the stationary bike that we have @ my house for the last few days... started off on the first day only doing 10 mins (2 miles)....now i've moved on up to 15 mins (3 miles) im sure ill be up to 20 mins etc.. soon ....and this is coming from me, someone who hasnt "technically" done any cardio in years! (aside from the occasional, but not constant, swimming )

My stamina isn't really up to par as most of the ppl at my gym, but I'm def improving. I couldn't go more than 3mins before....but now I'm up to 15mins on level 5.5. Do you hog treadmills?

I don't like it when they stare at you @ the gym... I was doing simple arm curls... and the trainer kept staring at me. If I'm doing it incorrectly then SAY something...dont just stare! ugh Also..why is it that trainers at my gym are 5'4 and under? I'm 5'7 I look like a beast next to them

Does anyone know how to effectively burn muscles while staying in shape? I think I'm too muscular and want to trim down to have more of a slender model physique than a weight lifter physique... Would cutting out all weight lifting and just doing cardio do it? Or just very light weight lifting with high reps and a lot of cardio?
