You would need to hire security to watch it every night while it is being rebuilt. They would steal everything you finsih at night Some big wig at Chase, bought a ton of properties in Buffalo, and trieds turning them into section 8 like 10-15 years ago, and they cleaned him out for so much money bc they kept stealing everything in the houses.
