I love it 1.5 cups of oats handful of raisins skim milk packet of stevia, and 5 shots of cinnamon. add a protein shake on the side, and you're set. Sure the sugar from the raisins is a little unnecessary, but you need to live a little.. hahaha. What is your breakfast like?

Summer is now coming to an end, how did everyone do with meeting their goals? Congrats if ya did. I had a fairly simple goal that i wanted to reach by the end of the summer and that was to be able to wear a tight fitting white undershirt alone without being self concious. definatly reached my goal and have completely changed my lifestyle over the past 4 months, losing 6.5% body fat. cant ...

My hip is killing me. My chiropractor told me its because my hip flexor is too tight, and torquing my hip out of place. He showed me lots of stretches to help it, but it still feels like my femur is being driven into pelvic bone. Is there anything I can do to relieve the pain without drugs? Thankssssss

Alright I dont know exactly how it happens but I know you can gain weight when you quit smoking and well I really dont want this to happen Ive gained some weight and I want to lose some and more just because Im overweight now and I was close to overweight then so can someone tell me how many calories I should be eating per day and how much exercise I should have? what...

And no longer have access to a gym. It's understandable, in a town of 1300, but frustrating considering I've been making a real effort to get back into shape after having my kid. So besides going jogging and hiking, what can I do? I have free weights, but they only go up to 20lbs. I have no idea what I can do for exercises at home. My boyfriend said he'll train me...but he's put on more...

k well i have been a couple different sites that have told me different amounts. ] I am about 5'3 5'4 and 150 pounds. i am active all eyar around.. so would anyone be able to help me find out around how much grams of fat and calories a day i should be eating. Thankks
