Hi, What are the main reasons why alternative fuels will not overtake oil as our primary fuel source? One of the most clear reasons is that it will become too expensive to change, but what are some of the other arguments why it will not overtake oil as our primary fuel source?

Everyone just likes to jump on the 'hate Bush bandwagon' when bad stuff happens, so why?

My mother was a control freak/battle-axe. At every opportunity she would beat me with a stick or buckle end of large leather belt, breaking the skin. Always when dad was out. First of all they kick to death a girl for being dressed differently, secondly them and their families laughed and joked whilst getting interviewed by police and now they claim their sentences are too harsh and they are appealing against them.
