I don't recall seeing any such statues in a DooM mod, but they may be available.
If you have some basic graphics editing skills and a decent
graphics editor, you can simply convert the sprite frames of the enemy you wish to make into a statue (e.g., cyberdemon, hell knight) from color into the appropriate stone or metal colors.

This megawad actually seems pretty nice, love the simplicity of it, but a word of advice, I would lose the mp3 music, its not worth the increase in download size, I would replace the music with midi's then just link the console

One thing to consider when making a terrain map is balancing. If there isnt enough space to build, thatd make the map a bit unbalancing so you might have to sacrifice some accuracy if youre in that situation.
How big is your map, by the way?
