Zwitteron, hardly constructive advice. I think we're all well aware of how lucky we are to be to have the nhs, no one is disputing that. I don't know of ur situation, but I know Bubbles is going thru' exactly what happened to me. Trying to get pregnant is an incredibly frustrating and emotional roller coaster of a journey. If ur experience with 'some' of the medical profession in the nhs adds to ur grief, its...

Clear blue fertility monitor?
Published (2010-01-01 21:14:00)
Hi sorry for the delay not been on here for a while. Basically you start using the machine on the first day of your period. It has to be done at the same time everyday that it asks you to test ( you do get a couple of hours each side of that window) Turn the monitor on each morning an it will tell you each day whether or not you need to test. Just wee on the stick and insert it into the monitor- it will also tell you when to take it out. At...

When you know how much health care costs, you certainly wouldnt want to pay, and appreciate how much the NHS actually does for people.Have you not seen the state of U.S healthcare? Would you really like to live in a country where they ask you if you have insurance, BEFORE you get treated, if the answer is no, you're asked to leave the hospital? Or get pregnant and have to pay $5000 in fees just to give birth? or turned away from the...

Hi bubbles Read your post and can completely understand why you are so upset and having a rant about how you were treated. I don't know anything about clomid but I would say be really careful before you decide to buy it privately. There are a lot of dodgy web sites claiming to sell various different drugs on the internet but most of the drugs are fake and won't do what they promise. You never know what you could be taking and could...

You can even find a thread that refers directly to your condition on their message board, which you may find useful. Good luck! M

Hi Bubbles, Just read ur other post about ur appointment - sorry u didn't get the attention u deserve. I think the procedure ur talking about is HyCoSy -not pleasant, but like they say clomid is a waste if u don't know for sure. I went thru' it but they couldn't see one side because of my bowels being in the way! In the end I had the lap&dye which proved I was ok. As for clomid, I ...

heya Jacar; you can have upto 20 high days and no peak in a cycle. i dont think you can use the fertility monitor if you are on clomid, i think it says on the small print on the instruction booklet you get with it. the other problem that i have witht he fertility monitor is that if your cycle is over 45 days long it wont find your peak as you can only do a max of 20 test days per cycle...

Hey is this to see a gynae consultant or fertility clinic? They will prob do a internal examination or abdominal scan, then possibly send you for a hsg which is getting fluid inserted through the fallopian tubes. Than again each doctor is different.

Hi All Well i'm now 3 days late but i'm putting off testing as i don't want to be disappointed again. I have been so tired that in the last 48 hours i've had 26 hours sleep which is not at all like me i'm normally quite an early riser even on a weekend. I've been experiencing headaches on and off over the last couple of days and my whole body aches. My breasts are swallon, tender...

Hi Im started on the ttc forum as I was on the depot for about a year and then came off, I had no period until I was 12 months and then when they came back it took 4 months to regulate and then a further 4 to become pregnant.
