HIV medication has certainly improved since the 80's. There is still no cure once HIV has developed but the drugs are better at restraining the virus. all the best Diableret

No whilst you dont have the warts present you cant ( or very rarely) pass it on. its like cold sores, you dont kiss someone whilst you have one because you dont want to pass it on to them. Same priciple with genital warts. Also you can help the situation by when hes going down on you, using a dental dam as a latex barrier between him and your vagina. Give him the old cheesy, "you're not ready to take that step in this...

Hi, The reason its come back is prob cause you didnt take the antibiotics right. Make sure you finish the course and take them at the right time otherwise the bugs wont be gone. Take paracetemol for the pain and alos try the cystitus drinks, they taste rank but they stop the stinging. Keep warm, try a hot bath, no alcohol or sex until its gone. To reduce the risk of urine infections always pee straight after sex to flush those bad bugs away....

Thank you so much for your advice! I'm getting a swab tomorrow and after I'll also go for a urine check to get the antibiotics back! I'll be careful now. Just one question though. Have I got an STI?

Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a man who wasn't then aware that he had already contracted HIV. The thing is he came inside me without letting me know in the first place. After a while (one day after), he finally confessed to me and told me he did come inside me. I was freaking terrified. So, one week after, I took him to have our blood checked. The result was just like a dead sentence to me: my test was negative, but his was...

Hi I dont have any statistics but i do know that it is possible to have unprotected sex with a HIV positive person and still not catch the virus. There are different times that a HIV + is more infectious than other times its all to do with the viral load levels and so forth. Im no expert that does have to be said but u definitely have some hope that u r still negative. If you want further info i would google the terence higgins trust as they...

No it is far from certain that you will have contracted HIV. I'm afraid there is nothing for it, but to wait the period time they say (3 or 4 months I think) and have the second test. Best of luck

The clinic is not sure either, the doctor said.my sperm might be absorbed before it got ejaculate. I was wondering, could it be possible to be a blockage somewhere inside my penis ? thats why the concentrated sperm cannot pass through and it only pass through watery semen/sperm ? thanks and regard

I wish I'd known about it - I've got 8 weeks to go before my 3 month test - I could have taken them immediately after making a stupid mistake with someone I don't even know is infected or not. Do you have a link to more information on exactly what anti retrovirals there are and how to buy them? I don't understand why it's not more obvious to the public. Cheers

Yes it will be genital warts which are hard to treat. You'll never get rid of the virus, it will be with you forever but the actual warts can be frozen off. They may come back in the future just so you know. if you're prepared not to have sex with him, why dont you just not have sex at all until january by which the wartswill be treated and you will have your hiv results back.
