I live in Essex and on Friday my pharmacy could not fill my prescription for Femara I only received nine tablets, I have been on this drug since June having been transferred from tamoxifen which I was prescribed in 2006. I thought I would google and see if others were having problems. I now see its obviously a problem within the UK, which is very worrying. As I see you have posted in cancer forum so you are scared that it can be cancer related? Do you have any pain while on the toilet? What about your diet? Are you eating hot spices? If you are too worried you should see a doctor. Hi new to this site just wondered if anyone has any ideas or opinions on my Mums situation. Mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer in May 2008 and swiftly operated on -had massive surgery removing a lot of bowel and other things and resulting in a colostomy.She coped very well and made an amazing recovery albeit interspersed with radiotherapy which did not agree with her at all.
