All the of jacks in the house have all 4 pairs inserted in the jack. i just reformatted my laptop, and now i can't connect wirelessly to the internet. clicking on 'refresh network list' in the wireless network connection dialog brings up an error. wireless capabilities have been turned on (as my bluetooth mouse works). there are no hardware or driver errors, either. any ideas on how to fix this? thanks!

Right now I am evaulation NOD32 for Vista x64... just tried AVG Home 8 (gawd i didn't like it, and it didn't catch many of the viruses I tested with it) but are there any other good virus scanners out there that are light weight (have trend micro at work and i dont like it much either) or is it just a good idea to get a subscription for NOD32? whats your opinnions?
