Hmmm... tough questions... I couldn't tell you for certain, since I never use scrolls, but my first guess would be the Skingrad Mages' Guild. That's the guild that specializes in Destruction Magic. That's also the home of Vigge the Cautious, the only guy I know who sells the Ice Blast spell. If you can't find it there, I'd look in boss chests. My guess is that that scroll is going to be really hard to find if its...

I really don't like the co-op system in Fable 2 tbh. It's alright when you have a friend join you're game and help you out, but when you join someonelses game as some random henchmen character it's just boring. I'd rather the ES games stayed single player. I just can't imagine multiplayer in Oblivion.

At high levels you have to do a lot more than just hack and slash but yes I agree with you, a stealth based character or my favorite a mage, are much more exciting, and challenging characters to play as. At least its a challenge with my mage being level 53 and most creatures having thousands of health, and being resistant to magic. I always enjoyed the bow or spell over the sword, but maybe ...
