It's not very active anymore at all. You'll have difficulty finding a party for a game, but I would go for it- the price its all going for is well worth it.

Or maybe we could form a Neoseeker guild still, have everyone from neo who wants to be in it, then pull into an active alliance?

well this thread proves how inactive the guild wars neoseeker people are. we wouldn't be able to make a clan if no one contributed.

Salvage them from items or buy them off of a material trader.

Try an E/Me with Illusionary Weapon and water hexes. NF has the best Water, Factions the best Earth, Proph the best Fire, and none of them have decent air.

Guild Wars is still a pretty active game at the moment. The PvP (especially Guild versus Guild matches are still daily played. There are high end monthly tournaments still and if you manage to get into an active guild you can even do the PvE part together with players if your want. It's been a kickass game for over three years. It still rocks, although people would say that many builds/skills ...
