Guild Wars is still a pretty active game at the moment. The PvP (especially Guild versus Guild matches are still daily played. There are high end monthly tournaments still and if you manage to get into an active guild you can even do the PvE part together with players if your want. What you could do is have a look at PVXwiki , the PvP section. Be aware though that some of those builds were designed to function in a team, while others work well in Random Arena.

This is probably your best shot. Before you reset or contact I'd make sure you didn't miss a capital symbol or something like. Good luck!
