If you were to use a tuner like Diablosport it will increase the shift
firmness and
make it last longer....

Never had that problem. If it's under warranty take it to the
Ford dealer.

Didn't know that there was a factory screen. Are you calling a wind deflector a screen? I f so I always thought that was an after market. But FORD has gotten in to some of the aftermarket lines and logo-ed them FORD.

Put a laser on those
pulleys, they may look straight, but may be ever so
slightly off. By laser I mean one of those that you use to align things
when you hang them on the wall.

Nittos 420S, toyo Proxes STII, are you going to stay with 275/45/22 or try another size. a lower profile tire like 285/40/22, or 295/40/22 would work, or 305/35/22 ( which only
Pirelli makes).
Is you truck lowered? what kind of roads do you drive on? The stock Pirellis are OK, but I was used to my 285/35/22 Hankooks on my other truck, so the Pirellis looked huge.
