That is another problem with Cats.pro, and .PRO in general as it is. From the start the potential field of end users is much smaller than other respected TLD's that don't have the restrictions. Peter i think microguy means that you have nothing to lose going the class action for a few hundred bucks, but with several $xxxxx or above you risk not getting any money. Personally i think it's the opposite, i would think it better to take a settlement at some stage for $xxx and/or look for damages with $xxxxx or above. Thats my take anyway.

Moniker Promo Special!

Dongsman, I totally agree about not blaming Moniker. Apart from my obvious concern with SnapNames (and I think that goes for the majority of domainers as well) is now with the parent company Oversee.com. I have never had a dispute with Moniker and the 'old' Moniker used to be looked on as a shinning example of a good company within the industry, but lately more complaints it appears are surfacing and one has the feeling that the...

Moniker Promo Special!
Published (2009-11-10 13:49:00)
Yeah, damage control was the first thing to pop into my head too (cheap renewals = preventing exodus), but I'll probably be taking advantage of this on renewals... Hope it all goes well. I think this will blow over. I'm pretty sure that Snap and Moniker are two different entities under one parent company. Not saying this means that people shouldn't be very aware of what happens at Oversee, but it probably isn't fair to...

Rob is here only to fool us. Don't ask questions, they are pointless.. the entire company is involved in this scam. All of them will face the LAW and will realize the mistake they have made! Justice will be served for this matter. Their is no way, your company is going to blame this on one man! __________________ A nation that destroys its soils destroys itself. I assume they will be bought out by another registrar in the worst case - but I am worried enough not to move any more names there for a while.

I don't actually understand your scenario, either the domain is in auction or you sold the domain? OR am i just stupid ( highly likely!).
