That's it. I'm not saying that NTSC is a bad place, as it isn't, but let's face it, the needs for a hardcore import gaming forum are long gone nowadays. Sure you'll get gems that will never appear over here (I for one lust after every 360 shooter that gets released) but a lot of publishers are getting far much better than they ever used to.

I've been playing Mirror's Edge this evening, well glad I bought it actually, I've been enjoying it loads. Such a refreshing game to play next to a lot of what's out there. It uses a modified version of Unreal Engine 3, so it was always going to be a good port, though I know what you mean about the menus feeling like a console port, slightly sluggish mouse cursor for one thing. I thought the PSN version was extremely annoying. You pretty much had to drive a certain way in order to actually win. Considering it's supposed to be "free-roaming" with multiple routes etc I didn't really get that. I'd imagine it'd suit the PSP perfectly however. I shall more than likely pick it up.
