If you have an
HMV near you I'd try them - they tend to give better rates
than Game/Gamestation.

I'm pretty sure you can.
I bought my PS3 from JB@XL off here & he cleared himself down & it let me setup a new user once I fired it all up.
Not sure how you do it so it may be worth pm'ing him but it is doable.

Rock Band/Guitar Noob Questions (PS3)
I've decided I'm going to finally pick up Beatles: Rock Band (for PS3) but I've never played any Rock Band/Guitar
Hero games and have a load of questions if anyone can be so kind as to help me out...
1. Are the guitars/drums/mics all wireless?
2. Are they rechargeable? (if so is that by USB?)

At a guess I'd say that The Beatles : Rock Band store is not available in that region?
You could try buying the content from the standard 360 marketplace, with the new update it has a music section and a Beatles game section within it...if it's not there then that kinda confirms that it's not available.
