honestly, we don't have any good options with aj as gm. no self-respecting coach who is capable of getting a job elsewhere is going to submit to his terms AND be underpaid by the spanos family. if we get rid of norv, we will be forced to bring in another lackey. aj is great at bringing in the right personnel, but his ego will always get in the way of the coaching of the team.
