Good to see this get such a nice review. I was planning to see it sometime this month, but from the sounds of it, I'll be headed this week.
Do you think they could've pulled this off in the states? _________________

holy crap, I'm sorry but why did you even waste your time making a thread for this show? I had to come in and look if you actually gave it a good review, thankfully your doing what most smart Americans are doing, and not watching it.

From all I've heard of this, it sounds like a trashy, fun B-Movie, which would be right up my alley. I'm gonna have to check this out sometime.

Man i love this show too, I just bought the first season a few weeks ago which was a great investment. Michael C. Hall should of won the Emmy as Dexter, he's so awesome. i really like the guy who plays the Ice Truck Killer, he's so normal yet so creepy.
Can anyone who has seen the second season tell me if its worth buying on dvd? I've heard the second season isn't very good from some ...

Not sure about a top 10, since I really don't watch many horror movies at all, but [REC] would definitely be the scariest movie I've ever seen. Eraserhead is another that definitely scared me... some of the scenes with the E.T.-baby neat the end had me shaken.

I've just recently gotten into this show and I'm definitely enjoying it. Sometimes Larry is a little over the top but overall its really good. I need to watch some of the earlier stuff though cause I've only seen a few episodes from last season and then this season.

Add House and Omar from the Wire and it is looking like a great list.
Edit: Hank Moody from Californication probably deserves a mention as well.

He is still in the group right?
And yeah this song is awful lol, one of the worst choruses I've ever heard on a D12 song.

Cloverfield [2008, Matt Reeves]
Essentially The Blair Witch Project meets Godzilla , Cloverfield is a monster flick shot through the point of view of a handheld camcorder, similar to that of The Blair Witch Project , I dont think it is fair to judge this film solely on how it was shot, this style isnt for everybody, but you cannot allow this to cloud your perception of...

I came across some things, mainly about Jay-z, which say that there are subliminal messages in songs. Now, I'm not really trying to get into the religious aspect of it all, just more if any one believes this or not?
Here are some examples:

A quirky little film, I'd give it a B, good mindless fun.
