Bring it over one day Latney... We should be able to fix it up. I wouldnt worry about it all, once you drill it, and weld a little it should be good to go.

I'm thinking of "building" some sort of tool carrier that would combine a hand truck and a tool sack that would resemble carry-on luggage but with the ability to haul some stuff too. Who knows, probably never happen, but it would be nice to throw some stuff in the sack and still have it small enough to bring from vehicle to vehicle without the feeling that I should have a commercial drivers license to move it!

I got the privledge of buying presents for my grand kids. I got to put together my twin grandsons first bikes. I also got to put together the ZooZoo house for my two granddaughters. By next Christmas, I will have 5 grandkids. The wife and I got a 32" flatscreen on Black friday for our present. It's kind of sad. Its been 20 years since my Mom passed away.

actually the XJ is closer to 3k lbs. (3,111 - 3,153 lb depending on model) the U-haul car hauler is "Empty weight: 2,210 lbs" according to U-haul website specs , so with both you'd be around 5,500 lbs, i dont know how the nissan tows but its probably gonna feel like dragging an anchor with that v6 hope this helps, KP

We working on a XJ here? If so take the IAC out and clean it and the throttle body. The IAC is a round can with a plug into the side of it, is located at the front of the TB on a RENIX and to the back of the TB on a HO. Do this with the key off, and do not turn the key on while the IAC is out.
