I really don't want to turn this into a religious argument, but there are a number of contradictory aspects to this. I did the full course for the training but then moved out of MA before I got the LTC and the training cert expired, at least I got it through a friend's father for free so I didn't waste the money. Sounds like a little incident I had years ago. I'm working in a stand-up panel - got my upper body in the thing, and a toolman standing outside.
