Hmm, I think we’ll forego that... I had an alterior(sp?) motive as to going there New Years... My boyfriend is planning on proposing by the end of the year (yippee!!!) and after making a joke that I bet he’ll do it at 11:59pm NYE just to be a jerk, he’s apparently running with that (yeah my mom can’t keep her mouth shut lol). Well I’ve always wanted to be proposed to at Disneyland so.......

I’m a little saddened by this. Aladdin is such a beautiful stage show. Seeing Pixar animation transformed into real life kinda kills the toys coming to life illusion.

I don’t think this movie looks interesting. I mean, yeah it’s Disney and everything, but I’ve seen the trailer, and all it has are butt jokes. If I want to see something like that I’d put on Ren and Stimpy or whatever. I know you guys will say that it’s only in the trailer or something, so I shouldn’t judge the movie, but if the trailer’s supposed to show the funny parts or let us judge it, I think it should have been something...

Watching the old Disney movies with kids (unless they are very young) is pretty difficult because of all the overstimulation they get from nonstop shows like Spongebob, Phineas and Ferb, etc. The old movies are beautiful to watch and amazing for their time, but try to get 9 yr olds to watch them and they are completely bored. That’s not just the boys, but many of the girls too. Sad but it is a sign of our times.

I’m visiting Disneyland in two weeks and was thinking about having lunch at that BBQ cookout across from the back of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Does anyone know if you need reservations for that? Is the food any good?
