I'd say the movie(s) with the best shootouts is The Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions (technically they're two films, but it is basically one story).

Eighties Dude: Just watched it for the first time last night. I really liked it. It was pretty much a SLICK stylistic Rambo meets Commando without the fun cheesiness. But it was still good. i only recently saw shooter as well and had a blast watching it. Mark Walberg is usually hit or miss for me but shooter was definatly worth the time. Fan made teaser. The film is coming out at the end of the year. December 18th 2009 to be exact. There will be an 15 minute free showing of footage in IMAX theatres on August 21st.
