Chris: I originaly posted this in the MySpace General Forum and was told to try out this one. When I attempt to go to Myspace.com on Mozilla 3.5.5 I get this message... "Please Upgrade Your Browser MySpace serves many advanced features which require a more modern browser than the one you're currently using. To get the best experience out of MySpace, please upgrade at this time." I've tried the beta, didn't work, so I...

Javascript / XML?

I don’t think javascript will ever go away in web development. Even with ASP you have AJAX which is just a way of encapsulating javascript controls. XML is not a programming language. It’s more like a transport language. Technically it is a markup language. ( I don’t think that’s a proper term, but oh well) It is a means for completely dissimilar languages to communicate with each other. Yes you should most defiantly learn javascript....

Make sure you download the OS version of the software secondly make is overated and overpriced... I would go with a windows with an alienware processor if I had that kind of money to spend but i am perfectly happy with a windows with an e-machine processor and some extra RAM.

Javascript / XML?

Caution.: javascript was "bad" and is depreciating lolwhat. Stop listening to whoever told you that. Learn Javascript before XML. Also familiarize yourself with a framework like JQuery (but MooTools is my favorite ). Design-wise, javascript is a huge asset to have, along with graphic skills, of course.

Wifi Problem

What is the reception status showing? I'm wondering if maybe those other computers are further away from the router which is why the connection keeps dropping out. ??? If this is the case, you could purchase a signal repeater or an amplified antenna. Hope this helps. Good luck with the issue. Stu :)

I use Opera almost exclusively for my web browsing. There are 4-5 other browsers installed for comparison purposes while designing my site, but Opera beats them all in most regards.
