Missed a day this week, so will probably do some bi/tri and back tonight. No deads though, going to skip them this week, back and hips have been a bit sore. Did legs yesterday, frot squats, box squats, reg. lunges and one arm overhead db lunges....I can feel my butt startin to get sore already!..:)

I would suggest not doing it too often, but everything in moderation. I will drink a glass or two of wine once or twice a week, and sometimes on the weekends a glass or two of rum and diet pepsi/coke..:)

Damnnn, that shit is weird... ME i can lose it fast. I weight 112. I use to weight 120 i think. But wow, u cant go down??? u need to ask someone.

the rectus abdominals, (what you are calling upper and lower abs) is one long muscle. You can not hit it on one end, and not hit the other.
