Missed a day this week, so will probably do some bi/tri and back tonight. No deads though, going to skip them this week, back and hips have been a bit sore. Did legs yesterday, frot squats, box squats, reg. lunges and one arm overhead db lunges....I can feel my butt startin to get sore already!..:)
