Great piece. This is nothing I haven't been screaming

um... why exactly is that the wrong laptop? you can edit video or music on it fine. if you really wanted to seriously edit video or music then you would have got a
desktop computer anyway.

It could be you are trying to access a page with java and flash content on it that wants to run, and windows don't have anything installed to play this content with that browser/OS(Whatever it is.), so it shuts it down because it is either that or it would become unresponsive. This is
just an example, and 1 possibility. What OS, 64 bit? Windows up to date with windows update? Try mozilla firefox...

The biggest pitfal in VM comes down to two things, how many VM clients can run on the given hardware and how much resource
utilization the server uses. Each VM client is going to need 2 GB RAM for 32 bit and 4Gb RAM for 64 bit. That alone limits how many VM clients can exist on your server. More memory the better but I would not go less. The other issue is how much resources is the server role is...
