I can't really answer any of your questions, BUT my mom is anemic and it isn't a big deal at all. She just takes iron supplement pills everyday. So no need to fret, just go to the doctor and she/he will probably just prescribe you supplements to take.

I just discovered that my boyfriend has fibromyalgia. Hes in extreme pain for months at a time and he has extreme headaches. Hes very smart and hes in extreme pain when he shuts up and stops arguing to curl up in a ball clutching his head. He also experiances the tender points and im afraid to touch him in fear that it will hurt him. Any help on how to deal with this? And any help for him on how ...

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. But yeah, obviously you need to see a doctor, and obviously it's going to be embarassing. Could you phone in and make yourself an appointment so you don't have to get your mom to do it? If not, just tell her it's for something else, that you need to get a physical for school or something, or even that you have leg pain (without saying why). And I know it will...

hey, i get panic attacks too. Yea i think what you had last night was one. Panic attacks can be very little and they can be very big. I have been sent to the hospital before from them, but i have also had really little ones that only last five minutes. if you get them often i would talk to your dr, maybe you have another health issue causing them. i have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which ...

I'm bleeding down there. It's not my period, because I finished my last one a week ago, and I can tell when it's my period. I bled a little yesterday and again today. It seems to be getting worse right now, I actually had to put a pad on. I don't know what's wrong... Help? I'm kinda scared...

Well, you have a few options: abortion, giving the baby up for adoption, or keeping the baby. Have you told him/asked him what he wants to do? That could help your decision. Some questions: Could you afford having a child if you keep it? Are your parents willing to help out (you said you're 17, so I'm assuming you're still in high school)? Is it feasible for you to be ...

it depends what you mean by "affected". I had one in 2005 when I was 19. I do NOt regret it, not one bit, I will never regret that decision. But of course it's affected me. My friend however, has had two. And the her it was like, having a mole removed. The only way it has affected her is the inconvenience of it all.

I think the first thing you should do is figure out why you have these negative feelings about yourself. Is someone in your life putting you down? Does any certain thing trigger these thoughts?
