As long as its a 8.75 unit,it bolts right in,just the center section.What diff is in the fury,and do you have a 8.75 in the cuda,mrmopartech

The 2G198801 is the partial VIN of the car it came out of.. Check the the VIN of your car, it could be the original trans.. The 2 is for 1972, G is the plant and 198801 is the sequence number. Check the left side of the trans just above the pan for the serial number.. It should start with a PP or PK.. The next seven digits after that is the part number, then a four digit 10,000 day calendar...
