yeah that is exactly the kind of thing i am talking about, thanks for proving my point. and if you do go to that thread you linked to, what exactly is it that i should be banned for? REALLY? BANNED? im actually not interested in having any arguments, or causing any trouble im just genuinely intrigued as to what the problem is... i dont get it. You also may wish to choose " check disk for errors" in the USB system's boot menu to check the install media, maybe your installer got corrupted. But it's also possible that your SSD is the problem.
I'd try formatting the drive manually, instead of through the installer. It still might not work, but the errors might be more definitive.
So, boot off the USB drive, then run partitioning ...

I know it is popular to say that there is "all kinds of crap" on the systems, but I don't agree. You can easily uninstall software you don't want and use the Add or Remove Programs applet to remove Windows components you don't want. I keep seeing people render their systems unbootable or unusable in an attempt to "remove the crap". You've already wasted time and effort in this process. not ...

Your PC being 64-bit is no impediment to creating a bootable USB drive. I have done this on my Win7 x64 system several times already. Here are the instructions I typically use:
* Open a command line (under one of the menu options)
* Run the diskpart command line app. (Type: diskpart)
Enter the rest one after the other (don't type the *):
* list disk, to find the drive ...
