chrome for me was always very easy to take care of. I kept them protected so any brake dust just wiped right off. I never used many products, just my

well it kinds reverses the whole part of putting 3.73 gears in your car~ removes the benefit you gained by gears as tire also alter gear ratio~ you would need a taller tire to pull it off, you would have to find the overall
circumference of the tire and figure out revolutions per mile vs stock and then you can find how much lower it will make the rpms.

If you have a 99-04 mustang, I believe the offset for 18" bullits would be 24mm.

I would run a 265 width on the front
at at least a 285 on the rear, as far as sidewall size I'd find a tire calculator and see what size sidewall would put you closest to stock for speedometer purposes.
