header wrap is a double edged sword. It holds the head into the headers, which is good for everything else under the hood, but leads to the premature destruction of the headers. It also holds in moisture, and contaminates that naturally cooks out of the headers, so it makes the rot a lot faster than normal, especially if you run JBA or BBK chrome headers instead of a nice stainless steel header. I stick to my guns about headers in general....

If it still sticks after cleaning, maybe take a file and LIGHTLY deburr the edges of the throttle blade. After taking the throttle blade off so filings don't end up in the intake of course.

I've never had to do this, but I hear you can find a vaccuum leak by spraying WD40 around the area where you suspect the leak. The leak will suck in the WD, and cause a momentary change in RPMs as it goes through the intake. This will help you narrow down the area of the leak at the very least. well when I got the car I thought it was mostly stock it is my first sports car I all ways had ford trucks. Don't let the transmission scare you. I had a T45 in my car when I bought it and swapped to the T56 Cobra 6 speed (did the swap myself). good call but im canceling thoes plans because i just found a mark VIII engine, pristine, for 650bucks . but very true, i should def. of thought about buying the tuner first rofl. will def. be doing next now, though.
