No mention of Suicide or Television in the early days. That's fine. They kind of led the way to New Wave anyway. **** all that. But I figured that the Skate Punk bands could have been thrown in with the Street Punk bands. And what about Irish Punk? Not doggin' on ya. You actually did a great job.

Personally don't like them I live in Ireland, and like most people i know find the US citizen obsession with being Irish rather comical, especially when it seeps into music To us you are Irish if you were born in Ireland, not because your great great grandfather married a dubliner or whatever No offence but thats how it is

Rise Against - Music Banter

I think they stand out far more than most run of the mill pop rock bands. Watching there "Loaded" on Fuse right now, and just can't find anything negative to say about these dudes. A great message behind there music, even the new album isn't shallow and weak like most of these bands. Not to deny the obvious shift in sound from album to album, I think anytime a band gets national or mainstream attention, they get...

Anybody a fan or heard of the Boston band The Vigilantes?Their stuff is hard to find on the internet but worth a listen if you can locate it.They used to tour with bands like DKM,Forced Reality,Reach the Sky. The album ''City Lights That Lead the Way'',til this day is still my favorite punk release.

The Pixies are my favorite band so I must say I am totally 100% biased in this poll. There are just too many songs to count that I love from The Pixies. I love seeing the text of the song titles and knowing that each song means something to me. I have never really ever been all that interested in Nirvana, I really only like in Utero and their greatest hits. I did however find a lot of great ...

Of course!
I love a lot of 60s garage rock and pop music from Europe - namely sung in French. I only understand half of it, but tend to be drawn to French music in general.
Some French punk bands I really like are Plastic Bertrand, Les Wampas, and Edith Nylon (the early stuff).
