Week 16: Started weight: 225 I went on a protein & fat diet Monday-Saturday. Also did 30 mins of cardio in the am 5x this week. Sunday (today) Im doing a high carb day, with cheat meal. I did low carb diet the first 6 days to deplete my self and prime myself to start introducing carbs. Kinda like when you deplete yourself and load carbs for a show. Ive been trying to time my salt cutting in addition to using a diurectic during my last stages of contest prep. My last contest I missed and ruined my drying out process. The contest before that, I nailed the timing and looked fantastic. For a Saturday show I would simply cut my salt Wednesday night. This last show prejudging was on Friday so I had planned on cutting my salt on Tuesday ...

I have recently starting doing DC Training so I only workout three days a week. Since I only workout three days, I thought that I should carb cycle. I figure the carb cycling will aid me in my goal of losing some body fat and building/maintaining muscle. Cardio will be done on the four days a week that I am not training. When carb cycling should my calories be the same each day? I was thinking ...

Hi guys, I would like hear your opinions on this I diet very hard for 5 days a week , 160 grams of complex carbs + 140 g proteins and 10g fat a day. My height is 5'8 , my weight is 176 pounds , body fat 6% Since I am creating a caloric deficit of 600 calories below my basal metabolic rate for 5 days a week, breaking my diet on saturday and sunday ( that means two cheat days a week ) ...
