Week 16: Started weight: 225 I went on a protein & fat diet Monday-Saturday. Also did 30 mins of cardio in the am 5x this week. Sunday (today) Im doing a high carb day, with cheat meal. Ive been trying to time my salt cutting in addition to using a diurectic during my last stages of contest prep. My last contest I missed and ruined my drying out process. The contest before that, I nailed the timing and looked fantastic. For a Saturday show I would simply cut my salt Wednesday night. I have recently starting doing DC Training so I only workout three days a week. Since I only workout three days, I thought that I should carb cycle.
