i wouldnt worry about it unlessyou are planning a show. I used to sleep just 6 hours a night almost every night and still have a hard time getting past 8-- but i dont drink or do drugs

I know that in my case, while I was doing everything else right, until I cut out all the late nights and started making sleep a big priority, I didn't really make serious gains. what's wrong with squatting under 3 or 4 or 5 plates on a side until you puke, i've never met anyone who didn't get great gains from that?
