Your #1 song in the rack
Published (2009-11-05 14:04:00)
I'm sure most of us would agree that the squat is the single toughest exercise we can do. It's us against gravity basically... when you're ready to hit the heaviest set of squats, what is the one song you need to push you through the last grueling reps?

Well I am starting over with lifting. Long Story Short college, family life, personal injuries and drinking issues I havent lifted seriously in about 5 years. Have gone to the gym a few times here and there but nothing for longer than 2 weeks straight. Sorry if I repeat anything Nosmas said, but sorry I didn't read through it all.
Of course everyones desire to train and their level of motivation will vary. Mine motivation varies all the time. Although I've never taken more than 2 weeks off in a row for about 12 years now. I may lose some intensity to train, but never to desire to not train at all. Having specific goals always helps ...

you might wanna check out a training style called "DOGCRAPP" or aka DC training. basically without mis quoting anything, you workout each body part twice every 8 days in a brief high intensity training sessions to prevent over training. read the stickys over at intensemuscle, they should put you up to speed.

First thing first...don't worry about what looks better on a guy. Worry about what looks good on you, and then, we can go from there.
Do this for no one but yourself

Don't change your lifting while you diet. Focus on ensuring you keep the muscle you have with amino acids and bcaas while training.

Ugh this sucks huh? How is it doing now I see this was over a month ago?
I know if you let things heal by themselves it could end up healing wrong.
I would do what the doctor says. I know it totally screws up the training, but at least you can be back for another one right?

Yeah, I've tried using resistance bands and they work okay, but ultimately how much will they help with strength training?
I need exercises which I can do to work out the muscles normally covered in for example, weight training, since i can barely do a bench press and definitely in the wrong form due to my left wrist.
