i've been told i need to up the amount of cals in my diet in order to grow more muscle. what is the most popular food used for more cals?

i read that fats and carbs aren't supposed to be eaten
together now i eat about 8 boiled eggwhites for breakfast and i eat oats , adding more eggs is a problem but i can add more if i make an omlette or scramble them. can i make whole eggs omlette and eat it with my oats or not?

so im new to the whole protein shake and bulking stuff and i keep hearing bout
oats are we talking about oats like quaker oats?? that doesnt sound so great to throw into a drink... or am i misunderstanding and its refering to something else? i did search but didnt really find anything if its something else where to you get em? what are the best ways to use em? thanks a bunch...

trying to lose fat at the moment, my diet isn't too bad but I keep giving in to snacking :/ What can I have when I'm feeling peckish ? I have been eating " low fat " crisps but these are still rubbish really. I like fruit but it's a savoury fix I need. I don't like nuts. Help !
