Hey all, I'm trying to lose fat at the moment, my diet isn't too bad but I keep giving in to snacking :/ What can I have when I'm feeling peckish ? I have been eating " low fat " crisps but these are still rubbish really. I like fruit but it's a savoury fix I need. I don't like nuts. Help !
