Almost undoubtedly a blocked pore/spot or a bartholins cyst. See how it goes for a few days, and go to the Drs if it doesn't resolve - it might just need
lancing. I get these a lot tbh

Yes I've had it done it was ok didn't last long. They'll hopefully give you a
sedative (I didn't get one) Are you having bleeding? Mine turned out to be ok, probably a fissure? Hope you're ok too.
