I've been inspecting my files for hours. I FOUND IT. In Customization, there's "Bookmark toolbar items" with no icon, so I passed it several times. So should it have no icon?

But is this information of blocked/infected sites stored already in my computer? Or is the information sent live to google for compare with the latest data of blocked sites in real time? If the latter applies, they are stealing statistics and surf habits from me without paying and in my world that's illegal. And intimidating. And tracks me over the net. And and and... (Can I paint a little devil here?

Hardly use IE6, and when there to do the important windows updates, refuse to waste the downloading time to get IE7 ... or the new one. Just use FF these days. But sure hope someone has an idea.
