Thanks for the info! I just typed in Walters State on the Wate web site I know they were on campus late yesterday afternoon and in the comments section it says something about charges would be filed on tuesday but it was kinda vague. I really couldn't tell for sure what they meant. Please keep updating if you can!

As far as I know he wasn't murdered. I can't remember his whole name ill ask my dad when he gets home but I think it was like Lester or something. He worked at Lear. I think he was like 60.

According to the local radio news a witness said that Lester cried out for help .I'm guessing that maybe he had a heart attack . What I don't understand is why didn't someone at least help the poor man out of /away from the water,if he was indeed having a heart attack..Generally a person having a heart attack has their hand to their chest ,which is a sure signal so a person would know that he was in distress. RIP...
